1. Employees Details
You can store all of your employee’s details in one place. With the click of a button you can see every detail about your employees from their address to their previous employment history. In this section we track all our employees details. We can see what working patterns they usually do, attach any documents we have on them, maybe a contract of employment or their CV and keep note of any emergency contacts, as well as a lot more.
We can see a dashboard of the demographics within our company. This give us a breakdown of what our employment gender and age ratios are and shows us a trend in our leavers and starters.
2. Employment Legislation
Having the peace of mind that you are up to date with all current employment legislation. You can track important information such as passport numbers and work permits dates:

4. People Management
Manage employees by keeping up to date with employees skills, qualifications and performance. To best manage our employees it is very important that we keep up to date with their performance.
In Sage HR you track employee appraisals:
If you have factors that you can attribute towards scores on their appraisal you can also track these in Sage HR.
You can also track disciplinary actions and schedule any events to follow up on this. You can pull a report to see any disciplinary actions in the business:

5. Advanced Holiday Tracker
Track holidays even one step ahead of Sage Micropay. There are numerous reports we can pull in Sage HR:
With Sage HR we also have the report designer where you can edit any report or create a brand new one from scratch.
One step ahead of holiday tracking in Micropay you can see how many days holidays someone is entitled to taking into account days they booked but not yet taken.
