Her approach to her customers is also exceptional as she always aligns the customers’ needs first and then assesses the potential to add value to the partnership. We are all thrilled for her and we all wish her every success in the awards ceremony.”
The awards, in their third year, celebrate the spirit, ingenuity and tenacity of Irish Sales Personnel on the front line. In 2012 Sage won the award for Champion Sales Support Team. The Sage Business Advice Team, managed by Lorna Keogh, won this award in 2012. Commenting on the win at the time Lorna said: “As a team we work closely with the sales, marketing and product management teams. We have never been afraid to do things differently or to introduce new ideas and we endeavor to give each internal and external customer an extraordinary customer experience.”
The Sage Business Advice Team is the first port of call to Sage’s sales lines meaning a customer calling in is getting a product expert, who can provide commercial and product guidance on our vast range of software solutions. This also provides a neutral solution. Based on customer requirements and needs, we suggest possible software solutions which best suit these, which are then passed to the correct sales team, meaning our solution is shaped to suit the customer rather than the customer being shaped to suit a particular solution. It also means that customers gain confidence in the information we provide, by getting their most important queries answered quickly and efficiently.
