It’s been a busy few months for us here in Sage on the social media front and we were delighted to learn that we have recently been shortlisted in both the Golden Spider Awards and in the CCMA Awards for our use of social media.
Sage has been shortlisted in the Eircom Golden Spider Awards in the Social Media Interaction Category. The Eircom Golden Spider Awards take place on the 1st November in the Convention Centre, Dublin.
Sage is also a finalist in the CCMA (Contact Centre Management Association) Awards in the Best Adoption of Social Media category. The CCMA Awards take place on Saturday 17th November in the Burlington Hotel.
At Sage we believe that social media provides us with an enormous opportunity to communicate with our customers and listen to what they have to say. Social Media allows us to hear what people are saying about our products and services even when they don’t directly contact us and it allows us to show our commitment to customer service in a very public forum.
We are passionate about delivering an Extraordinary Customer Experience and this extends to our use of social media. We find that certain people prefer to use social media rather than email us or call us and it is therefore of paramount importance that we can meet their expectation. We also believe that social media allows us to show the human side of Sage and the people behind our brand.
